Service Fees
Symmetry Psychological Care is a fee for service company and currently does not participate in insurance plans. However, most plans do provide significant out-of-network benefits, which may reimburse you 60 to 80% of the cost of therapy. Some companies also require authorization prior to starting therapy.
Please contact your insurance company prior to your first appointment to determine your level of benefit. We will be happy to fill out any paperwork necessary you provide to help you submit to your insurance company.
Symmetry Psychological Care is focused on providing effective strategies for helping people experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, coping with chronic mental health issues, wellness, and life satisfaction issues.
Individual Therapy
In the first session we will work together to identify your needs, goals, and expectation for therapy and create a plan that will assist you in finding balance in your life. Dr. Weyenberg will utilize integrative methods from various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Logotherapy and Existential Therapy, Relaxation and Mindfulness, and other humanistic and cognitive behavioral approaches.

Group Therapy
A few different types of group therapy are offered and are determined by necessity.
